95 Eurovan EVC TDI conversion completion

Still catching up on blog posts.  This 95 EVC TDI and auto to manual trans conversion shipped out earlier this week.  Lots of juicy pics to dig through but here's a sampling to whet eager appetites:


 Electronic B4 Passat instrument cluster, Scan Gauge II and EGT gauge.
 AHU TDI engine installed in 95 EVC.

 Pic of wiring loom running through firewall.  We even use VW factory cloth tape at $13.75/roll to wrap the harness to factory spec.
 TDI ECU installed in factory 95 EV location.
 R side engine bay with air intake and turbo outlet to FMIC.
Turbo outlet and EGT probe--pre-turbine.
